OSS Tech Lead

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong Project Management experience.
• Strong 3rd party vendor management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks and holding suppliers / vendors to account.
• Telecom OSS (operations support system)
• Experience in Active Probing Domain solutions for 2G/3G/4G/5G, EXFO /FILIUS / VOIPFUTURE / TRAFFICA networks. 

Role:

• The role of the OSS Tech Lead /Project Manager is to set up and manage multiple end-to-end business projects simultaneously.
• Ensuring the benefits and outcomes of the projects are defined and delivered whilst effectively controlling scope, dependencies, risks and issues.
• The OSS Project Manager will enable the projects to be delivered on-time, within budget and with quality
• Managing the matrix of teams across the business.
• Key contacts will be the business representatives and sponsors, technical architects, domain SMEs and key members of operational/business teams that are supporting projects.
• Creating effective project plans and subsequently monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are met and managing change requests
