Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

• Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of experience, especially in product or retail services.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, as is a self-starting, collaborative mindset focused on quickly finding solutions.
• This hands-on role will require quick learning to develop a strong understanding of the product and internal processes like finance, operations, and legal.

Key Objectives

• This role is crucial for guaranteeing the success of these partnerships through seamless and timely relationship management.
• Key responsibilities include servicing and managing relationships with non-cricket ambassadors, athletes, and teams.
• Providing merchandise to athletes during major tournaments for product visibility.
• Servicing product for athlete/ambassador shoots and marketing activations.
• Assisting with building, executing, and reporting on product marketing plans.
• Coordinating social media posting on Instagram for clubs/athletes.
• Overseeing operations like vendor management, invoice processing, and product contract fulfillment.
