Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for voice and email systems by following the ITIL incident management process.
• Log all incidents, communicate progress to customers, drive issues to resolution, and follow up until closure.
• Proactively monitor systems, escalate issues when needed, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Possess working knowledge of technologies like Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and access control to fulfill access requests.
• Follow documented procedures for incident management, from logging to closure.
• Demonstrated understanding of priority matrices and escalation matrices.
• Familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experienced in using remote tools and troubleshooting techniques. Possesses working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 environment.
• 1 year or more experience in similar role. (Technical Support/ Service desk/ Desktop Support etc)
• Experience on Desktop support, application support.
• Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
• Applicant must be a graduate
