Role Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, develop innovative and efficient technology solutions that improve the user experience of the company’s digital banking mobile application and website.
- Gather requirements by partnering with Product Owners to translate customer needs into actionable use cases and specifications.
- Implement intuitive, responsive user interface components with React Native, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Continually optimize performance to remove UI/UX bottlenecks.
- Stay current on mobile development best practices and trends to elevate the front-end digital channels.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that the development team follows standard software development life cycle (SDLC) and product life cycle (PLC) procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and schedule product releases.
- Work with your manager and peers to proactively suggest process improvements and enhancements.
- Work with industry partners to integrate our systems with other applications or systems.
- Propose optimal technical solutions to achieve industry “best-in-class” key performance indicator (KPI) results.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution across operations, functional, and technical teams.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in front-end engineering, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms.
- Experience with UX/UI concepts, React Native, architecture design and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D.
- 2 years of experience building web and mobile applications (using Angular, .NET, and other technologies)
- Demonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/C++, NodeJS, C#/.NET, Angular) and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale.
- Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
