Role Responsibilities
- Provide timely support and maintenance to customers who have implemented the Apptio SaaS solution by resolving issues, managing operations, validating outputs, building relationships, and exceeding expectations.
- Utilize business and technical skills to solve complex problems for clients and promote best practices.
- Expertise in relational database design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and databases like SQL. Experience with web application frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience leveraging cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Adept at analyzing large Excel datasets, identifying anomalies, and resolving data inconsistencies quickly.
- Demonstrated operational knowledge of key IT infrastructure domains including data centers, networks, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development and maintenance.
- Skilled in analysis and creative problem-solving.
- Proficient in analyzing and manipulating complex data sets.
- Able to rapidly interpret complex spreadsheets and data to optimize processes using the Apptio solution, with expertise in spreadsheet formulas and logic (e.g. Excel).
- Resourceful self-starter who can quickly grasp complex concepts with minimal guidance.
